I use age appropriate workbooks to help children to practice English. I read enjoyable books to children and have them read back to me while questioning them on the logic and content of the books. I have computer software learning equipment, learning games, learning blocks, flash cards, etc. that helps children to develop a love for reading/English. I am good at evaluating a child and determining which grade level he/she is at and trying to advance them to their current grade level.

I worked for 11 years in Virginia as a paraprofessional in the school system, originally doing strictly homebase work with handicapped children, then moving into the schools.
