I was a database manager for several years and am proficient in Access for data manipulation I prefer hands on training. I typically will create a user guide, and have the trainee follow along so that I can make sure all aspects of the program are covered I graduated High School in three years and have been employed ever since. My first job was at Newark Int'l Airport in the computer room as a data entry & computer operator for a small airline service. I have continually moved up with each employer. All of my knowledge comes from hands on, on the job education. I am skilled in all facets of computer from data entry to user documentation and training. I enjoy teaching and was a trainer for almost 5 years on Database applications for Sales, Marketing & Customer Service users. I was responsible for the USA, Canada, England & France.

I am a graduate of Northeast State Community College. I am currently attending East Tennessee State University in pursuit of a BA in English with a minor in Education. I have been working with students form ages 5 to 14 yrs. in age for 2+ years. I like to give intruction and then give the student tools and resources to help them find their answers. I am a firm believer in using real life scenarios and showing students how information is applied to real life.
