As a tutor and Paraprofessional, I ensured efficiency and accuracy of every student to identify areas of improvement. I provided high-level of encouragement to at-risk youth with constructive criticism. I also administered students in discussions and problem-solving strategies. I monitored and evaluated student’s performance by documenting important data to examine improvement. I allocated tasks and assignments with classroom teachers to accommodate instructional efforts. Currently, I am working on my Master's in Education and New York State Teacher's certification. I have a Florida Teacher Statement of Eligibility.
