Marine Biology is one of my top subjects! Conducted five weeks of research focusing on the green crab in Edmunds, Maine. Presented Research at the Eastern New England Biology Conference.

I understand that everyone learns at different speeds and require different tequniches to fully grasp a subject. I'm patient and listen to the student to see what they get and don't get about the premise of the lesson. Then we get to it. Careful reinforcement of the Correct method will ensure Remembrance and Results. Also, Lessons must be approached within the context of the Big Picture. Students need to realize that there are no pointless or forgettable sections. Basically, communication is key followed by practice, reinforcement, more practice. Learning can be at pace, but laziness and whining will not be tolerated.
