My college education was very self driven and self propelled. I received three academic scholarships throughout my college career and maintained a 3.84 GPA for the entire four years. At the close of my four years, I earned a BS is History, giving me a particularly good foundation in the humanities and English composition. I did hundreds of pages of research writing in my major, and maintained a very high level of excellence in all subjects, proving proficiency and diligence. I carried this knowledge and self-discipline over to tutoring young people, particularly young people with learning disabilities.
