At the Central High School of Visual Arts in Puerto Rico I took art classes five days a week for six years for two hours besides all the other academic classes we took that were divided by day A and day B. I took general art the first three years and drawing and painting the last three years in which I got a certificate in. I learned to make artwork through the mediums of pencil, color pencil, watercolor and acrylic mostly. In college I took a cluster in art and learned to use oil paint where now I am selling my work at the mall on the main a store in Rexburg next to Ramirez. I have been a teacher and tutor for a few years. I taught in a high school English and Music. Right after I graduated High school I was asked to help struggling students and teach a bit when the teacher was gone. Also I have worked in Elementary schools I have taught lessons at least once a week. I have been in teaching methods classes and I have take Education psychology. I have also been able to in three months encourage students to improve grades that are at a 50% low to a 90-100% high.
I teach from the core of a person they have the inner agency to choose to succeed and they can succeed if they desire to be great they will be great. Also I believe in teaching through the nine learning intelligences as well as the six thinking hats. Also I teach by blooms taxonomy up to synthesis and evaluation. A Little Bit About Me...

I've gained experience with teaching in an array of ways. Firstly, I'm a recent graduate from BYU-Idaho in Piano Performance earning my Bachelor of Musical Arts. Throughout my training as a professional pianist I studied piano pedagogy and now have a functioning piano studio of my own. In addition, I was a music tutor and teachers assistant helping my fellow students grasp music theory concepts. Furthermore, I worked as a youth counselor at a summer camp called Outdoor Youth Activities (OYA) where we specialized in working with young teens. If they are willing, and if they are taught correctly, every child can learn. No two children are the same, and should not be taught as such. There are so many different ways to teach and understand a concept, and I try to search out the technique that best fits a child in need. I am a firm believer that there is nothing we “can’t do” if we are taught in such a way that we can truly understand. To turn on the light, you must simply find the right switch.
