I will be having you do questions and answers and explain the concepts and techniques involved with breaking down each question this way if its a lack in knowledge of the concept i will be able to identify and explain if its a lack in technique to understand the question and know what its asking and how to answer it then I will be able to identify that and explain it. I have found this to be the most effective and efficient way.
