I have recently completed my course of studies in Medical and Biological Sciences and was awarded my Master's Degree from Mississippi College in Clinton, Mississippi on December 19, 2014. I hope to begin Medical School in the fall and am currently awaiting word of my application status at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans and in Shreveport. I finished graduate school with a 3.9 GPA, was salutatorian of my high school class, and have an extensive history of academic accomplishment in both the classroom and in academic competition. I possess a wide array of knowledge and achievements that encompass scientific, social, and interdisciplinary subject matter. I am currently, teaching Business courses in Office Administration, Keyboarding, Communication, and Information Technolgy; for disadvantage youths. I have experience teaching technical and educational courses, to disadvantage youths. I also, have extensive experience in Leap testing.I taught elementary classes for over 3 years grades 2nd-6th grade within a private organization. My teaching style is best described as a balance between a healthy relational presence and an interesting conveyor of teaching and information. In other words, I combine "popular, upbeat, and friendly" with "engrossing, unique and interesting." Sensitivity's employed in that I notice the demeanor and countenance of the learner to help the student remain hopeful, optimistic and goal-setting, or at least goal-friendly. I have a liberality in terms of classifying students: some are on the "linear, forward moving, measurable" end of the spectrum, and some are on the "organic, unique, quiet and absorbing" end.
