A Little Bit About Me...

I love to work with children and help them to learn. I have the desire to instill in their hearts the desire to grow in knowledge and maturity. My goal is for them to do better in school by trying hard and not giving up. I try to do this using several different methods, such as direct instruction, hands on activity, question and answer, guided and oral reading, use of examples, step by step instruction, positive reward system, and teamwork. I know that a positive attitude and willingness to do my part makes a difference for them to want to do it, so I try hard to be positive.
