Interactive as well as practical 1st I teach the grammatical aspect 2nd put to practice the lesson by a) doing practical exercises and b) interactive (students will repeat pronounciations with me and then practice with each other in groups or with partners)I will go to each group and listen to them and make corrections if need be 3rd I will instruct a student individually during the practical exercises or group sessions when I feel a student is not capturing an aspect of a lesson (understanding, pronounciation or grammatical)

I truly believe in learning by doing. Being shown the answer never helps anyone. You must go through the process of doing to be confident in your abilities. I try to make the student feel as comfortable as possible with making mistakes. That's the whole point of studying, to improve.
