I have recently graduated and am eager to share my knowledge with others. During my time in school, I became an AP Scholar, Presidential Scholar, 21st Century Scholar, and Honor Graduate. I graduated in the top ten percent of my class and am dedicated to the education of others. I am currently pursuing a degree in education. Learning should be a fun experience for children and adults alike, and while I maintain structure, I also want to make sure that students are enjoying the time that they spend learning with me. I tutored Math, basic skills through calculus I, and Computer Science for two years while attending the University. I have also tutored all middle-school subjects, especially reading and math, at Trinity River Mission tutoring facility in Dallas from 1991-1996. I feel capable of tutoring most high-school subjects including Algebra-Calculus, History, Politics and Science. In teaching children with learning disorders I ensure that all lessons are hands-on and learner centered. I am very patient and like to have fun with my students.
