I believe that all children have the capability to learn if someone is willing to be patient and work with them. I enjoy having fun with youth while learning and teaching those I work with the value of what they are learning. I work well with all age groups and am willing to put in the time necessary to ensure students can reach their full potential.
I graduated with a degree in Physical Science Education, which gives me a strong background in Physical Sciences and in math. Being in college for four years exposed me to social environments that I normally wouldn't have been able to encounter on a day to day basis. Whether I was learning on my own, working with or helping fellow classmates, or even just observing how the professors worked with us, I was always learing new concepts or methods of how to interact with a wide variety of characteristics in a diverse group of people. And due to the difficulty of my major, I feel that by being able to communicate well with others in this area I could handle various other scenarios as well. A Little Bit About Me...

As a full time student and a full time employee of the General Electric Company I did not have the time to goof around. I had to be driven and utilize my time to accomplsh the most amount in the least amount of time. Therefore I have been able to use my experience to help students learn quickly and easily. I have spent time with students of all ages and have learned how to make connections with them. As a substitute teacher I have taught in every subject in every grade level. However, English is where I am strongest.
