I am currently completing my final year at Vanderbilt Law School. Over the past three years, I have taught a class and provided one-on-one tutoring for students preparing to take the LSAT. I also taught an upper level course while in grad school (it was in radio production). While I was in undergrad, I spent time tutoring elementary and middle school aged children over the internet. All together, I have helped dozens of individual students in a private setting and nearly a hundred students in the classroom. I've been an informal tutor for as long as I can remember. I've tutored my peers and my juniors in English grammar, spelling, vocabulary, writing, composition, essay, formal reports, reading comprehension, and anything else involved in English. I also have formally studied Japanese and tutored in that. Formally, I have worked as an ESL teacher for The Salvation Army. I've been both a classroom teacher and a one-on-one teacher with my students.

My comments on tutoring Communications : I have a distinct communication style that seems to work for indiviiduals and organizations. My negotiating style is one of mutual respect and regard for all parties!

I believe that each child has its own learning style, therefore as a tutor you must be able to adapt quickly to the specific needs to every child.
