After graduating with a 4.0 from the University of Oklahoma, I began my graduate work in mathematics. As a G.A., I had the experience of teaching and tutoring at the college level. During the past two years, I have taught 10 sections of miscellaneous classes, covering 5 different courses. Over the course of the past two years, I've easily had over a hundred hours of tutoring time. I use lots of examples from real life. Depending on the type of problem I use models, graphics, very commonly i use simple drawings. I always show my students some sample problems and solutions so that it would give them a good start to think.
