As a graduate of Wellesley College, I continaully strived to do achieve a high level of excellence. Naturally I would set goals and objectives (Independent Educational Plan). Depending if the individual's assets or deficits (weaknesses) would determine my teaching style. It was determined by the type of approach that would benefit the individual best. Some people are visual versus audtory, or hands on learners.
