I recently graduated from Lewis University with an Elementary Education major and endorsements in language arts, math, and social studies. All four years of college, I was on the Deans list. I realy understand both my general education courses along with my teaching methods courses. I have been a private tutor for several years. I have tutored in English, Communications, Spanish and some Statistics. I absolutley love it. One of my best clients was making C's and D's in his English classes and was repeating English for the 2nd time when he met me. I was able to help him make A's and B's and he passed with a B+. I enjoy children of all ages and gaining and keeping their respect and trust. I find it comes naturally to me to earn their trust and respect. They can tell that I genuinely care about each and every one of them, even the ones that have had a rough time and been through a lot.
