Hello! I'm Kristin ! Lets learn something together!

Throughout my grade school experience I never obtained anything below a 3.0 GPA. As a college student I have acquired a 4.0 GPA and feel confident I can assist with any educational needs. I have never made anything less than an A on any paper I have ever written. I have experience in all fields as I have already completed the basic requirements for my degree in Psychology. English, Science, and History have always been my chosen subjects in school. Math was not my favorite but with time and dedication I overcame any “additional” problems. English and literature major. I work in the medical field but continue to use my journalism and proper grammar, as well as, use spelling and encourage the hobby of reading and comprehension to my own children. I believe that every child learns at different speeds and in different ways. I became a published author of game reviews for a computer magazine at age 15. I worked at the University of Pennsylvania in Chemical Engineering under an Army Research Office grant, then as a software developer for the Mechical/Materials Engineering Dept. During college, I was in food service for 5 years, then a Records Clerk in county government. I was Advertising Director and Business Manager for two small, innovative Philadelphia newspapers. I have been a tutor/editor for the Royal Thai Scholars program (government scholarship students) and done private tutoring and editing for approximately 10 years. I hold a provisional Teaching Certification from the State of Michigan; I have begun the process of transferring it to the State of Florida. A Masters degree in Education is in my near future. Prior to moving to Florida I was a football and softball coach for close to 10 years while serving the school district as a long term substitute in several capacities including Elementary and Special Education assignments.
