When students turn to tutoring, they often allow the tutor to do their thinking. This is counter productive to learning. A tutor is a coach, as well as, someome who shares their knowledge and skills. A Little Bit About Me...

I have taught English, Math, Reading, Spelling, and Science for the last 3 years. I strive to make a difference when it comes to children. Seeing a child's face light up when they pass a test or understand a problem is quite rewarding to me. Another program I have work with is "No Child is Left Behind". I am very patient with all my students and want to all of them to succeed.
I have two degrees, the first degree - Associates of Science degree in health, which has given me the understanding in science. Second degree, BS in Accounting which has given me the tools to understand math and many other experience general education. I have tutored for children from grades kindgarten through college.
