A Little Bit About Me...

While attending a small private university in upstate New York, I pursued a degree in Chemistry with a minor in English. I excel in all parts of the scientific discipline, receiving perfect marks in Chemistry, Physics, and Biology. In addition to direct courses in Algebra and Calculus, I used mathematics on a daily basis in the upper level Chemistry courses. I have always wanted students to really know the material being covered. This has meant keeping their interest through jovial yet concentrated lesson planning. Much too often Educators show students how to answer questions rather than helping the student learn how to handle new scenarios.
