Personable. I love to tell stories from history that illustrate the point I am trying to make. Date and names are only part of the lesson - the main thing is to allow the student to remember what happened and why.
I obtained all of my degress while I was working full-time jobs. My teaching experience at Damon College and SUNY Buffalo was as a part time "teaching assistant".
