I attended Central Michigan University on a full-ride Centralis Scholar Award earning a BS in Accounting. Since graduating, I have worked in public accounting and am currently taking online courses to obtain a Masters degree in Accounting. A Little Bit About Me...

My experience in education has been wide and full of variety. I began working as a linguistics tutor for the university. I worked with several students over the course of the two years in which I worked for the department. I began my field work at Mt. Morris Junior High School performing my observations. I completed my student teaching at Lapeer West High School, before graduating with a BA in Secondary Education. There, I taught English 12, Mythology, and, perhaps most beneficial to my experience, Literacy Skills, where I was able to work with many students with diverse reading and age levels.
