I taught high school English, journalism and speech for more than 30 years before retiring in 2013. I also taught a year in middle school, a year in community college and worked in administrative positions at the elementary, middle school and high school levels. I have worked with students at all levels, from remedial to advanced placement and worked in an alternative high school setting. I love working with children. I have helped with pre-K and grade school children with an emphasis on working with Autistic children. Although I have earned my degree, BS in Psychology, my previous education includes 2 years at St. John's College in Santa Fe, New Mexico and 2 years of Engineering at Oregon State University.
