There are many arrays of learning styles. I personally use visually, writing, and seeing the bigger picture. First, the mind can develop a concept or help map out the ideas by seeing the picture to the learning task. Second writing helps to reinforce the concept or idea. Lastly seeing the bigger picture helps to encompass their own ideas as well as the originator ideas.

A Little Bit About Me...

I have a wealth of experience in tutoring other students. As a student ambassador at Sanford Brown College, I volunteered my time in tutoring over 100 adult students in both math and accounting courses. Nearly 95% of those students received passing grades in the courses I tutored in. The majority of the students I tutored were taking Algebra, a subject that many of them hadn't been exposed to for up to 30 years. As a graduate student at Webster University, I work part-time as a peer tutor for other graduate students.
