Drama is one of my top subjects! I hold a B.F.A. in Theatre Arts from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music and have taught theatre history, acting, audition, and Shakespeare for the past ten years to students of all levels and ages. I have been a professional actress for fifteen years.

I strongly believe that an education that leads with concepts instead of rote is the surest route to lifelong success. This is certainly the method that worked for me, and I find that, without the conceptual grounding, a student will not get as much out of necessary practice exercises. Thus, when I am working with a student on a subject, I tend to approach the concept foremost, creatively using a wide range of examples and descriptions to elucidate it.
