I recently graduated from Eastern University as a double major in accounting and finance.My courses in investments, finance, accounting and business have given me a solid base upon which I plan to build my career. I have a strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. During my college career I was a tutor for the entire business department tutoring all accounting and finance classes along with select business classes. Not only did I excel in tutoring but as the TA for finance had taken over teaching for three weeks as the professor became ill. I completed my bachelor degree in English in three and a half years at Bucknell University, and this has trained me in writing, literary analysis, and oral communication. While at Bucknell, I spent four months tutoring children at a local elementary school in grades 3-5 in math, science, and reading. I, also, completed Bucknell’s Writing Center four month training course for tutoring in all types of writing. I spent a full year tutoring peers, underclassmen, and even graduate students in their writing process. Finally, for the last three years, I have taught techniques of interpreting the Bible to college and high school students at my local church in both group and one-on-one settings.
