I have been an educator for almost 20 years. I began my teaching career as a substitute teacher and immediately fell in love with teaching children with special needs. Desiring to continue to teach, I finished a Master's degree which gave me the endorsements to teach K-12 children with special needs. I give my students the information, I show them how to apply the information through modeling, I practice with them and then I release them to apply the technique themselves.
