A Little Bit About Me...

I was driven to achieve a high level of excellence in education based on my own families background and my own. Because I was overlooked it gave me the desire to help those that seemed mostlikely to not succeed. I earned a bachelor degree in Early Childhood Education while working full time and being a full time mom. I went on to earn my Masters in Education and Psychology/Counseling. A Little Bit About Me...

I am a fall graduate from Troy University and will be graduating with honors. I am currently a peer tutor at Troy in biology and math (algebra). I have tutored privately before in high school math (algebra and geometry. I graduated 9th in my high school with honors earning an advanced diploma with an honor's seal. I love school and love to learn. I will be enrolled in Amridge University in January to pursue my master's degree.
I love to learn and help others to learn. Different people learn differently; therefore, I present material in a number of ways until I discover how the tutee learns. I love teaching children. When we see a student struggling, a teacher should go to all ends to the Earth to make sure that student succeeds in the classroom. If students do not feel like they can succeed in the classroom, then they are going to fell like they cannot succeed in life. A teacher’s job does not stop once the school day ends.
