I have a total of 15 years experience speaking, reading and writing Spanish. I am very familiar with the different Spanish language variants. I lived in Chile for almost two consecutive years, and studied in Costa Rica for a short time. My B.A. is in Anthropology and Spanish, and my M.S. is in International Studies. I currently teach at a local community college. I have tutored elementary, high school and university level student with learning disabilities in Latin American history, the Spanish Language, English composition, music, Science, History, Geography, and other subject areas (and I've also taught both English and Spanish as second languages). I have been the educational field for over fifteen years. My experience varies from classroom instruction to self paced, online adult programs. I have taught technical and non-technical courses to a variety of age groups. I am currently teaching at Cleveland Public Schools as a Business instructor.
My teaching style completely depends on the learner. In a classroom setting, I am fairly relaxed and ensure that students feel confident and able to communicate without fear.
