As a teacher, my goal is to touch and help the future. I am very creative and pride myself on thinking outside of the box, in order to instruct my students in a non-typical style if necessary. I enjoy making the classroom and learning fun, because it is easier to learn and stay on task. As an undergraduate at Slippery Rock University, I was approached by my adviser and chair-person in Physics to tutor their physics classes. I accepted their offer and within the two years of tutoring physics I enjoyed helping fellow students learn and understand the concepts of physics. Also, while helping others I could use the knowledge I have learned in previous classes and gain a better understanding of the field of physics.
