As a tutor, I find that it is important to present the material to the students in a way that they can relate to. My job as an educator is to teach them how to learn it and make them want to learn it. I personally do not believe that negative reinforcement is beneficial. I have always had an interest in teaching. I graduated from college with my AA while working with the University of Michigan Department of Hospital Finance Training. I have earned both an AS in Science and Mathematics as well as completed all requirements for my BA in business administration with a concentration in accounting. I have volunteered at an elementary school tutoring while I was in high school. I have also tutored individuals in college level material on a private basis for compensation.
