My teaching style varies from student to student. However, the basic foundation is the same. I like to develop the fundamentals and build a foundation on top of them. I also like to see the students do a certain problem that they are struggling with in front of me. Moreover, I like them to talk out loud so I can follow their thought process and identify where they are struggling and help them better understand any steps that they have simply remotely memorized. In this manner, not only do they better understand the problem at hand, but they are also capable of tackling similar problems without any need of memorizing steps.

I love teaching because I love passing on knowledge. I believe anyone can learn anything they want, it just takes us all different lengths of time and effort to achieve our educational goals. As a tutor and a TA I was always trying to rethink my presentation of the material when the students seemed confused. I believe the teaching job is very exciting and challenging, since there is no-one method that could be adopted to teach every student. If there was a method, then every teacher would be quite exciting and interesting. This job constantly takes one to mould year after year, every time when there is a new or fresh batch of students. Students learn in different manners and at different paces. Some students understand better through visual aids, some require a kick start by learning passively while other students requires challenge and brainstorming.
