I am graduating with my Bachelor's degree in Sociology at Tennessee Technological University of Cookeville, TN. I transferred from a 2 year community college in Harriman, TN known as Roane State Community College. Before starting college, I graduated from Rockwood High School in Rockwood, TN, where I never made lower than a B or a high C in some of my harder classes. I started taking college classes in my Senior year of high school and I was always in the advanced Math classes up until that point. I'm a quick, fast learner and always strive to be better in what I do. Facilitator Teaching Style: Students discuss with me about the basic understanding, concepts, and framework of essays and papers and then do one attempt. We then review and analyze each paragraph for grammar and general cohesiveness and make necessary improvements. I am a senior at the University of Tennessee and am majoring in Architecture. Coming from a background of advanced English classes at Oak Ridge High school, writing and composition is my strong suit. I have tutored an architecture student who was taking a writing intensive essay course on "Theory of Architecture" and helped her sharply improve her weekly grades on papers. Also, during my freshman year in college, my summer reading essay was chosen as one of the top out of thousands of incoming freshmen.
