My teaching style is not typical since I am not a certified teacher. I am creative in my teaching style using a variety of techniques. I understand that each child and person learns differently (Auditory, Visual, Tactile) so I try to discover their style and incorporate as much as possible. I try to teach using real life experiences and examples. I break things down into simple parts before moving on to the next level. As a high school student, I attended Tiffin University to gain college experience and credit earlier than expected. After graduating from Clyde High school, I went on to Ohio State Mansfield, where I majored in psychology and special education. I am currently a full time student at Ashford University online. Graduated from wright state university in 1993 with a bachelors of science degree in mechanical engineering. I have worked the past 16 years in the automotive industry mainly as a manufacturing supervisor. Also, since high school have volunteered abd served on 2 fire departments as a firefighter and emergency medical technician. I enjoy teaching young adults the education and work experiences I have obtained the past 20 years.
