I began my higher education at Tallahassee Community College in 1997. After receiving my AA Degree I transferred to F.S.U where I majored in Criminology with a minor in Spanish and graduated in 2003. Since that time, I've worked as a legal assistant/paralegal with different law firms in town. Recently, I decided to return to school and received my certificate in Massage Therapy.
The thing I love most about teaching is opening up someones eyes to something new and seeing the "wow" look on their faces. Sometimes certain subject matter is not always easy for a person to learn. Once I graduated high school I pursued tutoring in Tallahassee where I attend college. I started off as an afterschool counselor for Belle Vue Middle School but my job soon turned into a teacher's assistant position because of my natural teaching abilities.
