I am a current international (korean), sophomore Economics major student at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA. I have taught students since I was in high school. I have several tutoring experiences from volunteering at Churches in the DC metropolitan area to private 1 on 1 tutoring. I enjoy teaching a lot, and I really love it when students come to me with happy faces after doing well on their tests. I am able to teach different subjects, but my strongest area is math, especially algebra. I also like to teach English (2310 on SAT - 730 Reading, 780 Writing, 800 Math). I have spent several years as a student and tutor at the university level. I am planning to enter medical school in the Fall of 2012 and as such have developed a strong foundation in the sciences throughout my undergraduate education. As a recent graduate from Radford University, I am anxious to begin teaching. I have spent the last year in a middle school classroom observing and teaching. The first semester I was in the school part time while taking classes at Radford. During this semester I did a lot of observing and moderate amounts of teaching.
