Sarah Johnson-22yr old Special Education MA student

Hello my name is Sarah Johnson and I recently moved from California to Colorado. I have tutoring experience from high school to the present day. I currently work with Special Education students in a high school as a 1 on 1 and am going to school for my MA in Special Education. I tutored Algebra and Precalculus in college, as well as tutored elementary reading and math. I have worked with kids for the past 6 years and enjoy doing it every day.
I believe that every student has different preferences for how they like to learn. Whether that be visual or hands on. I can develop and give out materials for both. I do not give up and expect my students to do the same. I will be their support to get where they need to academically.

Compassionate, Friendly, Intelligent Help for CHEAP!!!!!

I am a very patient and understanding teacher. I understand that not everyone's learning style is the same; some people learn by doing, some by seeing, some by hearing, or some by a combination of these styles. I don't belittle people for not knowing things and I am not short and irritable with learners who might take a little more time. I have had much experience tutoring people of all ages for free and i know what is helpful and what is not.
I am a 3rd year physics major at Colorado State University. I am a very patient and understanding teacher with much experience and proficiency with mathematics, philosophy, physics and chemistry.
