I like to use the Socratic method, mainly by asking questions and challenging assumptions. I have worked with students in all levels of elementary school through teaching as well as during my college year. I received my B.A. in English from Appalachian State University where I also received training in education. Afterward, I became an instructor at Richmond Community College, teaching basic reading and math to adults with learning disabilities as well as a course on PC literacy & business training.
