I like to make my classes fun and game like. I use different methods for remembering such as how to apply photographic memory as well as music and lyrics. I also like the use or repetition in order to memorize. I like to give weekly tests on the subjects studied and implementing the reward system. You do well on the test, you get a reward. I started ten years ago as a ESOL teacher aide in an elemetary school. I worked there for two and a half years. Then, work as a bilingual clerical assistant for at the PIC for a year. After that, I worked as a teacher assistant, teaching Spanish in another elementary school. Finally, I worked for three year in a part-time school, teaching Spanish from Pre-K to 10th grade.
