As an online graduate at Kaplan University, I quickly became aware of my priorities. Students seeking help often emailed other classmates for assistance. I enjoyed this area of study so much that I decided to transfer to Kaplan University Online and continue my study in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting. I have experience teaching many types of students. I worked one-on-one, daily, with an autistic student during my last position, so I understand that not every student learns in the same way. I think it works well to give shorter lessons to a small group, and then work individually with the students. I like to encourage them to help one another if they feel confident in the subject.
