Ever since I was a child, I have been passionate about everything English: books, writing, and grammar. I followed my passion and earned both my BA at a small liberal arts college in Pennsylvania where I was encouraged to continue my education to the Master’s level. I love to teach and see the ideas light up the eyes of the person who suddenly got a concept. I think teaching should be adaptable and should fit the learning style of the student. Visual tasks, memory games, and hands-on-learning are, in my opinion, the best way to help someone truly learn (versus rote memory).
