From 1997 to 2008 I was a school technologist in Maine public schools. I organized extracurricular programs, worked with individual students and small groups, and co-taught math and science classes. My teaching centered on math, computers, physics, and general science. Some of my extracurricular activities included a robotics club; summer computer programming classes for early elementary students; and field expeditions to study insects.
