I have held private sessions for students at Centre College to learn both Spanish and Arabic, and have served as a translator during my college choral group's tour in Spain. I have over six years of experience speaking Spanish and three and a half years of experience speaking both Modern Standard and Levantine dialects of Arabic. My preferred teaching style is immersion, which in my experience encourages the rapid initial skill development necessary to learn a second language.
