Although, I have never been in charge of my own class room I consider my teaching style energetic. I love working with students of all ages and find that teaching methods and styles tend to adapt to those individual students. I think it is important to be encouraging and patient with all students. I believe in a hand on approach where students learn from experiences and doing rather than being lectured. I enjoy watching children learn and grow. I believe there are different teaching techniques for each individual student.
