My teaching style is definitely one of facilitator. I present the material in a fashion, which allow students to experiment and develop their critical thinking and problem solving skills. From these skills the students will learn how to approach and solve the problems they are given. Students need to experience success and will do so. Failure is not an option. I will do what is necessary to make sure the skills are learned. As a graduate in Elementary Education, I have taught for 30 years in all subject areas, but have concentrated the last 15 years in the area of Math. I have also tutored students. I have been involved in all levels of education ranging from 4th grade to 8th grade. I have also taught Algebra to students as part of the Mathematics programs, in which I have taught.

I am a recent college graduate from Bowling Green State University. I have a BA in Philosophy and a minor in English. I have lots of experience in writing all different kinds of papers and essays. Some of my other skills include playing the clarinet, speaking french, and being well read in general. I understand that not everyone learns in the same way.
