My comments on tutoring Praxis Exam : I can help with both Spanish and English. I have taken the placement test in English with proficiency and have taken the practice Spanish test with proficiency as well.

I cater to the individual learning style of the student. I have a true passion for teaching and helping others and have had great success with my students.
Master's in Communication and English, advanced minor in Spanish-- 12 years experience in teaching in high school and at college. I have traveled and studied in Madrid and have attended local classes for five years, earning excellent grades in my coursework. I have done a lot of volunteer work in the schools, helping all levels of Spanish teachers. This has been a rewarding, fun experience for me.

A Little Bit About Me...

I believe that it is the teacher's job to discover the true learning style of their students and when we do it is like unlocking a treasure chest of gold, so to speak. I enjoy teaching all the subjects in school and I enjoy the challenge of teaching children with learning disabilities and or emotional disabilities. I like to differentiate my instruction so that all students can access the curriculum and I keep track of my performance through regular assessments and using the RTI (Response to Intervention) process. I know how to teach reading and writing effectively studying under Dr. Elaine Cheesman from U.C.C.S. Also, I am able to teach math effectively for grades 5-8 with my combined experience and the courses I have participated in.
