At present, I have been teaching basic reading, writing, and math in both private and public school sectors throughout the State of Tennessee since the Fall of 2006. My first formal experience was as an undergraduate Reading and Development coach for recent high school graduates entering junior college. As a high school student, I excelled at my schoolwork. I was retained as a tutor for middle school students in math and science subjects. When I entered college, my major in engineering has required that I take a lot of upper level math and science courses. These rigorous courses have strengthened my math and science skills. I am very well versed from algebra all the way to Calculus two.
I love helping people. I feel that a student can always teach a student better than a teacher.
