I will be having you do questions and answers and explain the concepts and techniques involved with breaking down each question this way if its a lack in knowledge of the concept i will be able to identify and explain if its a lack in technique to understand the question and know what its asking and how to answer it then I will be able to identify that and explain it. I have found this to be the most effective and efficient way. Every student is different; some require more help than others. As a teacher I have to find the best way for the child to learn. I want learning to be constructive, but also fun. I have discovered through years of education, that the amount of enthusiasm from an educator can make a huge difference. Therefore as an educator, I need to be patient and always encouraging.
