Learning Can be Easy and Fun!

I am very patient and I make sure the student thoroughly understands a topic before moving on. I motivate the student to succeed and teach good study skills and test taking skills. Normally, I use the student's textbooks and classroom materials during our lessons. For standardized tests, I use prep books, such as Princeton Review. A Little Bit About Me...

Languages are my passion. I learned to speak Spanish while studying in Spain prior to enrolling in college. Studying abroad was an education in and of itself, which enabled me to acquire valuable language and literature skills while sharpening my understanding of multiculturalism. Earning a BA in Spanish and a minor in Education, established a foundation to teach and tutor. I have taught Spanish at the secondary level for five years and have tutored for the last year and a half.
