I can’t imagine myself not spending the rest of my life teaching. I have worked both in the educational field and the corporate world and without a doubt I know with whom my heart belongs. As a tutor at an Ann Arbor based institution I had the opportunity to work with a number of different backgrounds and styles of learning. The experience that I have is training the leaders/volunteers in running a troop or assisting the leaders. The training sessions is from three to six hours of presenting materials, video, Power Point slides and group interactions that will assist the group in holding meetings and developing programs for the troops. The teaching experience consist of leadership, how to handle complex situations with the troop and or parents. I train every month at least once to three sessions.

With my parents' guidance and encouragement, I obtained both a BS and a PhD in Chemistry (which included a Study-Abroad stint in the Netherlands). Following my time in Europe, I pursued a 25-year industrial chemistry career that was centered on the automotive, specialty chemical and building material industries. Additional activity in overseas technical transfers and global business has enhanced my communications skills (e.g., university-level funding proposal preparation). A Little Bit About Me...

I am a person who has spent his undergraduate years majoring in Chemistry, with Physics and Math. Thereafter, I switched my major to Biology because I wanted to do Brain Research and to do such research one has to have an interdisciplinary background. Currently, I am a PhD student majoring in Neurosciences. After my undergraduate education, I went to teach in a boarding school. I taught all science courses to students from grade 8 until grade 11. Each of those grades comprised of approximately 30 students. The kids loved me so much that they wanted to hire me for another semester but i had to go to graduate school. I also supervised lab exercise designed for sophomore and junior students at Bowling Green State University.
