I have been teaching Information Technology at both the elementary and middle-school level in private schools in Northern Virginia for most of the last ten years. In addition, I have tutored at high-school level in Chemistry and History. A Little Bit About Me...

As a recent graduate from Radford University, I am anxious to begin teaching. I have spent the last year in a middle school classroom observing and teaching. As the Head Trainer for Order Entry and Customer Service for ten years at J Crew I taught detailed customer service training for new hires. I also implemented and taught the Train the Trainer Program within the Lynchburg, VA Region 2000 community. I created a Remedial Training Program to raise skill levels among associates and taught Telephone Etiquette and motivational training. I also revised the Order Entry Manual to be used for all new hires.
I have been told I have a three dimensional style of training. I teach in a way that every style of student can (eventually) get it. I have taught both children and adults in the various positions I have held through my life (camps, schools, employers and church). I believe that all children can learn but they don't all learn the same way.
